They enjoy excellent county-provided municipal services without being subjected to North Port’s irresponsible fiscal management and elevated city taxes.
The FACTS
Florida statute 173.043 requires that the annexed area MUST be contiguous and compact/without enclaves. WVID has ENCLAVES and IS NOT CONTIGUOUS with the rest of the city.
